Privacy policy

1RM Tracker stores your email and your training numbers so the app works. That's it. Your data is never sold, never shared for advertising, and you can permanently delete all of it yourself at any time.

Account: your email address, a display name, and your password — stored only as a salted hash, never in a readable form.

Training data: the lifts you track, your 1RM history, and your settings (units, bar, plates, RPE chart). You enter all of it; nothing is pulled from anywhere else.

Activity: a rough last-active timestamp, so we know whether the app is being used.

We don't collect your name, location, contacts, photos, or health data.

One cookie, to keep you signed in for up to a year. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use Google Analytics to see basic usage — page views, device type, where visitors come from. It doesn't see your training data or email.

Nobody, apart from the services that run the app: Railway (hosting and database, United States) and Google (analytics, above). Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers, and there are no ads.

The database is backed up nightly and backups are kept for up to 90 days. If you delete your account, it's removed from the live database immediately and ages out of backups as they expire.

Settings → Delete account. It asks for your password, then permanently deletes your account, lifts, and full 1RM history. There's no undo and nothing to email us about — it just works.

1RM Tracker isn't directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, the update appears on this page with a new effective date.
