Built for the big 3

Training maxes that stay put

Squat, bench, deadlift and any lift you add — every 1RM saved with its date, a progression chart, and your powerlifting total. Update it in two taps, or estimate it from any hard set.

Reps + RPE in, working weight out

Dial in today's prescribed set and get the exact weight from YOUR saved max — rounded to clean numbers you can actually load, in pounds and kilos at the same time.

The bar, drawn plate by plate

Your gym's plates, your bar — Standard, Female, Squat Bar, SSB or custom — competition collars if you use them. See exactly what goes on each side. No math between sets.

Yours, free, forever

Your settings, your units, your plate inventory — synced to your account. No subscription, no ads, no app store. Add it to your home screen and it works like an app.

Questions

Is it really free?+

Free forever — no subscription, no ads, no locked features. It was built by a powerlifter for his training partners, and it stays free.

How do I get it on my phone?+

There's no app store download. Open trackmy1rm.com in your phone's browser, then Share → Add to Home Screen. It gets its own icon, opens full-screen like an app, and keeps you signed in.

Where do the working weights come from?+

From your saved training 1RM and an RPE percentage chart: dial in today's reps and RPE, and you get the weight in lb and kg — already rounded to what you can physically load with your plates. Prefer classic formulas like Epley or Brzycki? You can switch the calculation method, and even edit the RPE chart itself, in Settings.

What does “Warm-up sets” do?+

It writes your work-up the way a coach would: plate-sized jumps from the bar, reps tapering off as it gets heavy, and a final heavy single just under your top set — every step snapped to plates you can actually load. A kg/lb toggle switches the whole ramp between plate setups.

My gym has kg plates but I think in pounds. Does that work?+

That's the exact setup this app was built in — a lb lifter loading kg plates. Every weight shows in both units, and the loader draws the plates per side for whichever hardware you're using, mixed setups included.

How accurate is the estimated 1RM?+

It's an estimate — a solid planning number, not a promise. When you hit a real max, save it: your history keeps every entry with its date, so your training numbers stay honest.
